The area is situated in western Slovakia near the road and railway connection.

We transformed an abandoned industrial area and are finishing up other reconstructions of the premises for production, storage, and administration purposes in accordance with modern standards. We have been successfully creating conditions for foreign companies in order to launch their business activity in Slovakia. There are newly built properties for rent, or partly for sale, in the area with sufficient infrastructural capacity.

Z pôvodných hál určených pre ťažké strojárenstvo vytvárame priestory zodpovedajúce požiadavkám 21. storočia.

O výstavbe závodu sa rozhodlo v rámci industrializácie Slovenska v roku 1949. Pôvodna výroba elektrotechnických prístrojov bola postupne menená od špeciálnej výroby až po produkciu mínometov a súčiastok zbraní.
Prvým nákladným automobilom vyrábaným v areáli závodu bol ťažký ťahač T-141.
Ďalším finálnym výrobkom v závode bol jednostranný vyklápač T-138 S1 6x6. Neskôr nasledovali verzie T-148, T-813 a T-815.
